Returns and Exchanges
Returns
If you decide to return an item you purchased, we are happy to offer a refund as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect (see below). Shipping charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please send us a message with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and any price differences. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin the exchange process. When returning the original item, include a note with your name, order number, and the desired replacement item. If there are additional charges, we will send you a payment request. The exchange will be processed once we receive the original item.
Damaged/Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. For exchanges, we will provide a pre-paid return label and send a replacement once the item is returned.
