1. Do you offer local pick up?

We do! Local pick-up is available every Tuesday from 8am-8pm in Gilbert, AZ (Greenfield & Guadeloupe). Just select the 'pick up' option when checking out!

2. When will my order be shipped?

We ship two times a week. It's too hot to wait!

3. Can I use this for my newborn? ?

Once you start leaving baby's car seat in the hot car, it's time to start using Little Bum Coolers. Remember to always take out your Little Bum Cooler before putting your child in the car seat.

4. Does my child sit on it?

No! You should remove the cooler before placing your child in the cooled car seat and safely buckling them in. Your child should never be sitting on top of the cooler—though you can pop it on their lap once they're buckled if they're overheated.

5. Does it get the car seat wet?

While there might be some condensation on the ice packs, the car seat itself should not get wet. We use a high-quality, water-absorbing fabric for the back of the coolers to keep your little one dry.

6. What ice packs do I need to purchase?

We recommend these for our classic Little Bum Coolers. They're easy to find and stay cool for hours! I've tested many and these are the best!
