1. Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! Every Tuesday from 8am-8pm in Gilbert, AZ. Select the ‘pick up’ option when checking out!

2. When will my order be shipped?

We have a new fulfillment team that will ship orders the day of ordering. Who doesn’t love FAST shipping?!

3. What ages do you recommend using a Little Bum Cooler?

Customers love using their car seat coolers from newborn and beyond. My older boys still use theirs on their laps while driving to keep cool in the AZ heat. Many parents will use them as lap coolers too when their child is not using it.

4. Does my child sit on it and is it safe?

When driving, your child should never sit on it. Place on lap to keep cool, ground or car hook while driving. Your child will be safe in the car when they are properly buckled in their car seat.

5. Will the Little Bum Cooler get the car seat wet?

The ice packs will condensate, but I have searched high and low for a good quality, water-absorbing fabric for the back of the cooler. It should not get the car seat wet.

6. How long will the Little Bum Cooler keep the car seat cool for?

Several hours! The recommended ice packs stay cold for a very long time inside the insulated pockets. I have experimented with it and the seat stays cold longer when it is not in direct sunlight. When the car seat is in direct sunlight, the cooler stays cold for more than 8 hours.

7. Will Little Bum Coolers fit in my child's car seat?

Yes! Little Bum Coolers will fit in any size infant, convertible, and booster seat. My older boys will use it for their normal seat too. I know many adults that use these too for their own seats!

8. What are other ways to use Little Bum Coolers?

Parents love how versatile Little Bum Coolers are! You can use them to cool your pets, lap cooler while driving or at outdoor activities, icing an injury, keeping food/drinks cold, sleep with it to keep cool, stroller rides, and much more!

8. What are the 3 main differences between the LBC Classic and LBC Plus?

Little Bum Coolers Plus is our newest design. It includes ice packs, folds thin and flat, and has more car seat coverage than the Little Bum Coolers Classic design. Both function and benefit the same way.
